“First Time Yogi”. What an introduction to my new beginning of Yoga. I found the yoga easy and difficult, testing at times and yet fun.
The lectures have been informative but not too intense. The teaching from Sheldon was very knowledgeable yet calm and firm with his instructing showing everyone a good technique and correcting when need be.
All meals were organic with delicious flavours, fresh, healthy and of great variety. Above all, cooked and served with love.
The location was visually perfect creating a very relaxing environment, which if possible, I would choose not to leave. Thank you Suinee!

Overall, I have come away with a loving feeling to share with my friends and an inspiration to continue into my “Joyous Journey” world of yoga and wellness.”

“Joyous Journey” has been a joyous experience for me and for my personal growth. From the onset until our departure, I have felt very comfortable and totally detached from the real world.
Lovely to make new friends and enjoy the wonderful hospitality that Suinee has
provided for all of us over the last 4 days.
All meals were delicious, cooked lovingly by Kali, using fresh organic herbs and vegetables from Suinee’s garden.
My interest in Yoga has been re-kindled, thanks to Sheldon who has been blessed with the special talent as a teacher who inspires his students to excel in a calm and non-competitive way. An introduction to Tai Chi will be something I hope to continue when I return home.
